     James Wilson was born circa 1663, probably in Woburn, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of John Wilson and Hannah James.1 He married first Deborah Pierce, daughter of John Pierce and Deborah Converse, on 19 January 1686/87 in Woburn, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.1 He married second Margaret Russ, daughter of John Russ and Deborah Osgood, on 17 April 1704 in Andover, Essex County, Massachusetts.1 He died after March 1749/50, probably in Killingly, Windham County, Connecticut.1
     
     James Wilson and Deborah Pierce had eight children.1 He and Margaret Russ had six children.1
