     George Farrar was born on 23 November 1730 in Concord, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of George Farrar and Mary Barrett.1 He died on 17 September 1756 at age 25.2
     
     George Farrar graduated at Harvard College in 1751.2 He settled as a Congregational minister in Easton, Bristol County, in 1755.2 He was called home because of the illness of his youngest sister Love. She died within several days; George took the same fever and died at his father's home in Concord eight days later.2
