     Morris Morris was born after 12 March 1756 in Hilltown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.1,3 He was the son of Morris Morris and Gwently Thomas.1 He married Elizabeth Thomas, widow of Abiah Butler, daughter of Joseph Thomas.2 After Elizabeth's death, Morris Morris married again, but to whom is not known.4 He died in November 1806.4
     
     Reverand Joseph Mathias, in his journal, wrote that "Morris Morris had his high times when sipping at the flowing bowl; he was drowned in November 1806."4
