     Thomas Dutton was born in 1621 in England.2 He was the son of John Dutton.2 He married first Susannah.2 He married second Ruth Hooper, widow of Redding, on 10 November 1684 at Billerica, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.3,2 He died on 22 January 1687 in Billerica.2
     
     Thomas Dutton lived in Reading and Woburn, Massachusetts, and in 1669 moved to Billerica, where he was accepted as an inhabitant, 22 November 1669. He settled on the south side of Fox Brook by an old and abandoned road to the West Plain.2
