     John Hahn was born on 24 June 1794 in Lincoln County, North Carolina.1 He was the son of Joshua Hahn and Eve Hinkle.1 He married Elizabeth Bollinger, daughter of Matthias Bollinger and Priscilla Peterson, circa 1817 in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.1 He died on 2 March 1858 in Bollinger County, Missouri, at age 63.1
