     Lieutenant Jonathan Richardson was born on 19 December 1720 in Dracut, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.2 He was the son of Captain Josiah Richardson and Lydia (—?—) (Richardson).2 Marriage intention for Lieutenant Jonathan Richardson and Lucy Clark of Chelmsford was published on 18 October 1746 in Dracut.3 He married Lucy Clark, daughter of Jonas Clark and Elizabeth (—?—), on 4 December 1746 in Chelmsford.4 He died on 18 February 1768 in Dracut at age 47.5
     
     Jonathan and Lucy Richardson had eight children.
