     Joseph Richardson was born on 27 June 1643 in Woburn, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.1,2 He was the son of Samuel Richardson and Joanna Thake.1 He married Hannah Green on 5 November 1666 in Woburn.1,3 He died on 5 March 1717/18 in Woburn at age 74.4,5
     
     Joseph Richardson was a soldier in the attack on the Narragansett fort in the Great Swamp fight in 1675.6
