Additional Data
Mary's husband "Jer Hilleary" (probably Jeremiah) appears on the 1800 census in Upper Old Town, Allegany County, Maryland, immediately following her father and two of her brothers, Isaac and Thomas Jr. In the household were five children under ten, two boys and three girls. Both adults were between 26 and 44. It being highly unlikely that Polly and Jere had five children in four years of marriage, it is likely that one or the other had children by a previous marriage, or that not all of the children in the household were theirs. If the age range is correct, Polly was born no later than 1774.3

Mary Hilleary was mentioned in her father Thomas Cordrey Sr.'s will dated 23 February 1829 in Tuscarawas County, Ohio.4 Click to view image
