     Albert Byron Casper was born on 29 January 1860.1 He married Minnie Victoria Dessecker, daughter of John Conrad Dessecker and Louisa Cordrey, on 12 November 1890.1 He died on 10 September 1941 in Tuscarawas County, Ohio, at age 81.2
     
     Albert Byron Casper and Minnie Victoria Dessecker had three children.1
