     Rachel Owen was born in 1744.2 She married Samuel Bachman, son of George Bachman and Anna Maria Schnebele, on 8 January 1763 at Port of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.2 She died on 10 August 1823 in Clover Bottom, Sullivan County, Tennessee.2 She was buried at Double Springs Meeting House, Sullivan County, Tennessee.2
