     Jehu Morris was born on 25 July 1791 in Hilltown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Benjamin Morris and Mary Mason.1 He died on 17 March 1833 at age 41.1 He was buried in Lower Hilltown Baptist Church Cemetery.1 Click to view image
     
     Reverend Joseph Mathias wrote in his journal:
The youngest son, lives at home with his father and sister Catharine, he never was married, he was brought very low with a fever about 10 or 12 years ago, which termenated in an abscess forming in his breast and side, from whence an abundance of matter is continually discharging he remains a miracle among the living, he is entirely disabled from labour; but generally is cheerful.2
