     John Morgan was the son of Edward Morgan and Elizabeth (—?—) (Morgan).1 He married Sarah Lloyd, daughter of Thomas Lloyd, of Merion 8 9m 1721 (8 November 1721) at Merion Meeting House, Haverford Monthly Meeting, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.1,2 He died before 5 May 1747 in Frederick County, Virginia.1
