She was probably the daughter of Robert Griffith. Based on the will of Robert's sister Catherine Griffith who called the children of William Morgan her nieces, Elizabeth Roberts, William's first wife and the mother of those children, was probably the daughter of Robert Griffith. However, relationships in old records are not always as stated, and the aforementioned children were the nieces of Catherine's daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Morgan. Nevertheless, every other person called "niece" or "nephew" in the will is identified by the correct relationship.
