Maude Elizabeth McEachern was born on 11 November 1878 near Alexandria, Rapides Parish, Louisiana.1 She married James Mayo on 28 December 1896.2 She married Thomas Frederick Horn, son of William Lemuel Horn and Naomi Simmons, on 29 January 1899 in Young, Freestone County, Texas.1 She died on 8 March 1942 at her home, Carnegie, Caddo County, Oklahoma, at age 63.1 She was buried on 10 March 1942 in Carnegie Cemetery.1
