     James Edward Horn was born on 21 June 1882 in Fairfield, Freestone County, Texas.2 He was the son of William Lemuel Horn and Naomi Simmons.1 He married Georgia Alfred Harnsberger on 29 November 1904.2 He died on 17 March 1964 in Healdton, Carter County, Oklahoma, at age 81.2
