He bequeathed to wife Mildred (Lands and plantation where I now live, except hereafter mentioned, during her lifetime; Negro girl Cherry, Ned, Old Jim, Vilette, Terry and Willis); Son Mabry (after death of wife; Negro Sam); Son John (1 tract of land on East side of Little River, 3 or 4 acres, adjoining John Richardson plantation, taken up by me; Negros Will, Clary, Temp, Nazra; Blacksmith tools); Daughter Patience Robertson (1 Negro Jim); Son Allen (Negro woman Cate); Milly Richardson daughter of Joseph (1 Negro girl Gilly); Josiah Pridgen son of Joel Pridgen (1 Negro boy Handy); William Richardson son of Mabry (Negro Cherry, after death of wife); Executor to sell sufficient stock to pay just debts, remaining estate to wife during her lifetime, then to son Mabry. Executor-Joseph Richardson. Witness-Susanna (X) Perkins, Rhoda (X) Jones. Signed William (X) Richardson.6
