     Sarah Chase was born on 15 October 1695 in Martha's Vineyard, Dukes County, Massachusetts.1,2 She was the daughter of Lieutenant Isaac Chase and Mary Tilton.1 She married Samuel Cobb on 27 June 1716 in Massachusetts.1,2 She died on 23 August 1749 at age 53.2 She was buried in West Tisbury Village Cemetery, Dukes County.2
