     Felix Hughes was born on 14 February 1751 in Armagh, Northern Ireland.1 He married Margaret Miller, daughter of Robert Miller and Jean (Jane) Pickens.1 He died on 23 January 1824 in Fayette, Jefferson County, Mississippi, at age 72.1 He was buried in Old Harmony Ridge Presbyterian Church Cemetery.1
