     Edward Ward was born on 23 July 1672 in Hingham, Suffolk County, Massachusetts.1 He was baptized on 24 July 1672 in Hingham.2 He was the son of Henry Ward and Remember Farrow.1 He married first Deborah Lane, daughter of Josiah Lane and Deborah Gill, on 24 February 1702/3 at Hingham, Suffolk County, Massachusetts.3 He married second Abigail Thaxter, daughter of Samuel Thaxter and Deborah Lincoln, on 25 February 1730/31.3
     
     Edward Ward and Deborah Lane had four children, all born in Hingham.3 He lived on High St.3
