     Martha married Samuel Richardson, son of Samuel Richardson and Joanna Thake.1 She died on 20 December 1673 in Woburn, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, the day she gave birth to her daughter Martha.2,3
     
     Martha and Samuel Richardson had four children. Of them, five year old Thomas, a twin, was slain by Indians the same day as his stepmother and infant half-sister, both named Hannah.4
