     Isaac Stedman was baptized on 15 February 1634/35 in All Saints Church, Biddenden, Kent.1,2 He was the son of Isaac Stedman and Elizabeth (—?—) (Stedman).1 He probably died young.1
     
     On or about 17 April 1635, Isaac (age 1) and Nathaniel (age 5), sailed with their parents from London on the Elizabeth, bound for New England.3 Click to view image The family settled first at Scituate removed to Boston in 1650, and thereafter to Muddy River (now Brookline).4
