     John Green Sr. was of Kittery.1 He died circa 1654.1
     
     John Green Sr. one of four arbitrators in Rice Thomas's suit against Mr. Francis Raynes on 26 March 1648.1 In 1647/48, his grant next to George Rogers was confirmed to him, ±30 acres with the small island of Franks Fort, over and above.1 He, was made freeman by taking the oath of allegiance to Massachusetts on 16 November 1653 at Kittery.1,2 He was found absent from meeting, and acquitted because of continued weakness. He apparently died soon after on 29 June 1654.1
