     Dudley Stone was the son of Jonathan Stone and Hannah Griffin.1 He married Hannah Perkins on 26 February 1784.1,2
     
     Dudley Stone served in the Revolutionary Army for three months 24 days from 12 May 1775, in Capt. Jesse Dorman's company, Col. James Scamman's regiment. He was at Falmouth from 22 January 1776 to 25 November 1776, in Capt. Tobias Lord's company; in Rhode Island from 19 May 1777 to 18 July 1777, in Capt. Abel Moulton's company, Col. Titcombs' regiment; from 14 August 1777 to 30 November 1777, in Capt. Joshua Mason's company, Col. Storer's regiment.2
