     Symond Lovett was baptized 8: 7: 1650 (8 September 1650) in First Church, Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of John Lovett and Mary Grant.1 He was probably the Capt. Lovett killed at Black Point in April 1677.2
