     Olive Welby was baptized on 17 June 1604 in Moulton, Lincolnshire, England.2,3 She was the daughter of Richard Welby and Frances Bulkeley.2,1 She married Deacon Henry Farwell, son of William Farwell, on 16 April 1629 in St. Botolph's, Boston, Lincolnshire, England.4,5,3 She died on 1 March 1691/92 in Chelmsford, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, at age 87.6,3
