     Ann Armstrong was born on 18 November 1788 in Orange County, North Carolina.1 She was the daughter of Joseph Armstrong and Frances Tinnen.1 She married Tinnin McAdams on 15 March 1815.1 She died on 7 September 1837 at age 48.1
