     Phebe Gore was born on 7 September 1759.1 She married Caleb Whitacre, son of John Whitacre and Naomi Hulme, 31 10m 1776 (31 October 1776) in Goose Creek Meeting House, Goose Creek (now Lincoln), Loudoun County, Virginia, under auspices of Fairfax Monthly Meeting.2 She died on 23 February 1804, at age 44.1
     
     Phebe Whitacre and Caleb Whitacre transferred from Fairfax Monthly Meeting to Goose Creek Monthly Meeting, in 1785.2
