     Lieutenant Thomas Putnam was baptized on 7 March 1614/15 in Aston Abbotts, Buckinghamshire, England.1 He was the son of John Putnam and Priscilla (—?—) (Putnam).2 He married first Ann Holyoke, daughter of Edward Holyoke and Prudence Stockton, 17: 8 mo: 1643 (17 October 1643) at Lynn, Massachusetts.3 He married second widow Mary Veren 14: 9 mo: 1666 (14 November 1666) in Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts.3 He died on 5 May 1686 in Salem Village, Essex County, Massachusetts.1
