George Bascom Murray
     George Bascom Murray was born on 22 December 1892 at Ridgely Plantation, Bailey's Prairie, Brazoria County, Texas.1 He was the son of Reverend Joseph Lapsley Murray and Emma Munson.1 He married Ella Elizabeth Walling.1 He died on 4 May 1963 at age 70.1 He was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Houston, Harris County, Texas.1
