     James Henry Vail Horn was born on 3 November 1911 in Vera, Knox County, Texas.1,2,3 He was the son of Robert Lee Horn and Winnie Loraine King.1 He married Vernie Coulston on 30 April 1931.1 He died on 22 April 1989 at age 77.2 He was buried in Vera Cemetery.2
