     Nathan Richardson was born on 12 September 1814 in Johnston County, North Carolina.1 He was the son of Samuel Garthon Richardson and Celah Hackney. He married Anna Cockrell on 17 December 1836 in Greene County, Alabama.1 He died on 27 November 1894 in Freestone County, Texas, at age 80.1
