     Harriet Earp was born on 11 January 1823 in Johnston County, North Carolina.1 She was the daughter of Littleberry Earp and Martha Lee.1 She married Burty C. Richardson, son of Applewhite W. Richardson and Willy Holder, on 2 January 1838 in Johnston County, North Carolina.1 She died on 24 February 1862 in Johnston County, North Carolina, at age 39.1
