Fra: Sowerbys line ..... Ralph Creeds' line. Signed: John (his mark) Vincent and Katherine (her K mark) Vincent. Wit: none. Acknowledged in court by both grantors March 1691. This deed between the Vincents (Vinsons) and Katherine Vincent's son-in-law Richard Rose is to part of the Sowerby lands granted to Francis Sowerby in 1666/67.3

Richard Rose witnessed John Vinson's will dated 20 October 1698 in Surry County.4
