     Benjamin Weeks was born on 4 April 1685 in Falmouth, New Plymouth Colony.1 He was the son of William Weeks and Mercy Robinson.2,3 He married Mary Chase, daughter of Lieutenant Isaac Chase and Mary Tilton, on 14 January 1703/4 in Falmouth, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, (M; Tisbury records), but Barnstable County records show an intention recorded 27 May 1704.1 He died circa 1744/45 in Carteret County, North Carolina.1

Bingmam Weeks made his will 9 November 1744 in Carteret County, North Carolina. He bequeathed to sons Isaac Weeks, Jabas Weeks, Theoflis Weaks, Archelas, and Bingmam, daughters Lidde Witton, Mary Williams, Christian Weake, Thankful Hicks, Elizabeth Weake, and wife Mary Weake.4 Click to view image
