     Mary Chase was born on 17 January 1686/87 in Martha's Vineyard, Dukes County, Massachusetts.3,2,4 She was the daughter of Lieutenant Isaac Chase and Mary Tilton.2 She married Benjamin Weeks, son of William Weeks and Mercy Robinson, on 14 January 1703/4 in Falmouth, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, (M; Tisbury records), but Barnstable County records show an intention recorded 27 May 1704.1 She died after 1749 when she and son Isaac were called to give evidence for a suit against William Gray, who was accused of taking a hog.1
