     Paul Richardson was born on 14 June 1762 in Chelmsford, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of Josiah Richardson and Lydia Warren.1 He was buried on 2 April 1799 in Chelmsford.2
     
     Paul Richardson was "Idiotical occasion'd by convulsion fits which attended him thro life."2 He was named in his grandfather Zachariah Richardson's will dated 21 March 1776.3
