     Bryce Collins Byrne was born on 5 May 1797 in Burke County, North Carolina.1 He was the son of William Byrne and Rhoda England.2 He married Anne Raulston, daughter of Colonel James Raulston and Jane Simmons, in Tennessee.1 He died in 1888 in Boone County, Arkansas.1
