     Isaac Stowell was born in 1708 in Newton, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.2 He was the son of Israel Stowell and Abigail Fuller.1 He married Abigail Hyde of Newton, daughter of Jonathan Hyde and Hannah Dana, on 17 February 1731/32 at Newton, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, of Newton.3
     
     Guardianship records state he was in his 19th year in 1726.4 He lived in Newton, Hopkinton and Dedham.3 He and Abigail Hyde had eleven children.5 He was a weaver.3
