Clement T. Perkins was born on 23 March 1807 in Arundel, York County, Maine.3 He was the son of Stephen Perkins and Alice Stone.2 He married Lucinda Fairfield, daughter of William Fairfield and Mary King, in 1837.1,4 He died on 4 March 1884 in Kennebunkport, York County, Maine, at age 76.3
