     Peter Dyer was born on 4 February 1711/12 in Braintree, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of John Dyer and Anna (—?—) (Dyer).1 He married Dorothy Hayden, daughter of Ebenezer Hayden and Mary Hollis, on 16 October 1740 in Braintree, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.1 He died circa January 1772 in Braintree.1
     
     Peter Dyer and Dorothy Hayden had twelve children.1
