     Olive P. Fairfield was born in May 1852 in Fort Wayne, Allen County, Indiana.1,2 She was the daughter of James Monroe Fairfield and Jane Elizabeth Thurber.1 She died on 11 November 1853 in Fort Wayne at age 1.1,2 She was buried in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne.2
