Charles Hays
     Charles A. Hays was born on 16 October 1846.1 He married Clara M. Fairfield, daughter of James Monroe Fairfield and Jane Elizabeth Thurber, on 24 December 1874 in Allen County, Indiana.1,2 He died on 16 July 1915 at age 68.1
