     Robert Stone was born on 28 April 1692.1 He was the son of Samuel Stone and Elizabeth Herrick.1 He married Elizabeth Elliot, daughter of William Elliot and Mary Parker, on 23 January 1723.1 He died on 7 August 1747 at age 55.1
     
     Robert Stone was in the coasting trade. He and Elizabeth had three sons, Robert, John and Zachariah, born between 1725 and 1731.1

Additional Data
Robert Stone shared in the distribution of his father Samuel Stone's estate with his mother, Elizabeth Stone, and siblings, Zachary, Samuel, Abigail Stevens and Elizabeth Ober. The estate was twice divided, on 11 April 1720, and on 30 December 1730.2

Administration of Robert Stone's estate was granted to his widow, Elizabeth on 14 September 1747.1
