     Lydia Stone was baptized on 1 March 1695/96 in Beverly, Essex County, Massachusetts.1 She was the daughter of Nehemiah Stone and Lydia Hart.1 She married first Abraham Whittaker.2 She married second Edward Whittington of Marblehead, on 8 December 1724.2 She probably married third William Bennett of Manchester on 28 August 1729 at Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts.2 She died before 1754; when her son Abraham Whittaker sold land which descended to him from his mother, Lydia Whittaker, late of Beverly, deceased.2
