     Samuel Fairfield was born on 24 November 1752 in Arundel, York County, Maine.1 He was the son of John Fairfield V and Mary Burbank.1 He married Sarah Huff, daughter of Charles Huff and Priscilla Burbank, on 11 April 1782 in Church of Christ, Arundel, York County, Maine.2 He died in 1826, or possibly 1828.1
