At a regular meeting of business held at Montgomery November ye 10th 1781.

The Church of Jesus Christ baptised on profession of Faith, [?] meeting in Montgomery aforsaid, taking into consideration ye distant situation of many of its members residing in Hilltown Township, or other good causes them thereunto moving, do agree & conclude that the following Persons, being of regular standing & in full union & communion in this Church, shall be dismissed from us for the purpose of being constituted a regular Gospel Church in Hilltown aforsaid, to hold & occupy the Meeting House now pertaining to them with us in the Township aforsaid, viz
