     Cousin Margaret was a particular favorite of her cousin Louise Munson's children, although they only saw her on the occasional visits she made to Texas. The writer never met her, but remembers a poem that she wrote for one of Louise's children:
I wish I was a bird's egg
Way up in a tree,
Just a-sittin' there all day
As bad as bad can be;
And along would come a little boy
Who looks at me with glee;
I would bust myself wide open
And cover him with me.
     Joe Munson said that Cousin Margaret had no nose, it having been lost to cancer when she was a young woman. She never married.
