     Benjamin Farrow was born circa 1692, probably in Hingham, Suffolk County, Massachusetts.2 He was the son of Nathan Farrow and Mary Garnet.1 He married Leah Whiton, daughter of Thomas Whiton and Joanna May, on 14 December 1715.2
     
     His birth is not given in Hingham records, but he is mentioned in his father's will.2 He moved circa 1720 to Scituate.2 He and Leah Whiton had two children, both born in Hingham.2
