Margaret McCulloch was born on 21 March 1771 in Arundel, York County, Maine.1,2,3 She was the daughter of Adam McCulloch and Louisa Brown. She was baptized on 11 August 1771 in Church of Christ, Arundel.4 She married first Jonathan Stone, son of Jonathan Stone and Phebe Downing, on 23 November 1790 in Church of Christ, Arundel, York County, Maine.2,3,5 She and Jonathan Stone were divorced.2 She married second Lieut. George Bickford on 1 April 1800 in Arundel, York County, Maine.6
