     Jonathan Stone was baptized 10 : 3 : 1668 (10 May 1668) in Beverly, Essex County, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of John Stone and Abigail Dixey.1 He married Hannah Herrick on 21 June 1706.1 He died s. p.1

Jonathan Stone was mentioned in his grandfather Captain William Dixey's will dated 21 February 1684/85. He was left a horse and Capt. Dixey's carbine.2

Jonathan Stone shared in the division of his father John Stone's estate that was distributed 13 March 1703/4. Other heirs were Samuel Stone, Nehemiah Stone, Abigail Briscoe, Anna Stone, Hannah Stone, Abigail Stone and William Stone.3
